Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees. If you cancel before your billing period ends, your access continues until the end of that period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Both Premium monthly and annual plans come with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel before the trial ends and won't be charged.
How much does the free plan cost?
The Free plan is completely free and always will be. It includes access to all FastTools with a daily limit of 5 operations and displays ads to support our service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods supported by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
Is my data safe with FastTools?
Yes. FastTools processes all files directly in your browser. Your files never leave your device and are never stored on our servers. We cannot access your data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
What does API access include?
Premium subscribers get access to our REST API for programmatic access to FastTools. This allows you to integrate FastTools functionality into your own applications and services.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied with Premium, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. We want you to be happy with FastTools.
